Online booking
A branded booking page on your own subdomain. Customers pick a service, a member of staff and a time; the rules you set — notice periods, booking windows, limits per week — are enforced before the slot is ever offered.
Mobile-first calendar
Agenda, day, three-day and month views with a fifteen-minute grid, a live now-indicator and drag-to-move on both touch and mouse. The desktop scheduler adds resource columns for staff and rooms.
Recurring timetables
Weekly, fortnightly or custom repeats built on the iCalendar recurrence standard, with proper handling of daylight saving, term dates and one-off exceptions. Move one lesson, this and all following, or the whole series.
Classes, courses and waitlists
Seat-limited group classes, multi-week courses sold as a block, and drop-ins. When a class fills, the waitlist takes over and promotes the next person automatically the moment a seat is released.
Clients et communication

Customer records

Groups and announcements
Put customers into groups — a class year, a term cohort, a competition squad — then restrict services to a group or send the whole group an announcement in one go.
Staff, rooms and equipment
Each member of staff has their own working hours, holidays and services. Rooms are exclusive, equipment is counted, and both are allocated by the same booking transaction that stops double-booking.

Take card payments through Stripe Connect and get paid directly into your own account. Charge at booking, take deposits, or invoice later; refunds and cancellations flow back through the same ledger.

Sell blocks of lessons, term passes or monthly memberships. Credits are held per customer, spent automatically when they book and expire on the schedule you set.
Analytics
Occupancy, attendance, cancellation rates, revenue by service and by member of staff, and the trend for each of them. Everything exportable as CSV when you would rather use your own spreadsheet.

Your logo, your colours and your wording on the booking page, the emails and the confirmation screen. Pro and above can serve the whole thing from your own domain.
Calendar sync
Two-way sync with Google Calendar and Microsoft 365. Bookings appear in your own diary, and anything already in it blocks the slot so nobody can book you while you are somewhere else.
Languages, currencies and time zones
English, American English and French out of the box, prices in your base currency with display conversion for visitors, and per-organisation, per-location and per-person time zones that survive daylight saving.
API and webhooks
A documented JSON API with scoped organisation keys and signed outbound webhooks, so bookings can reach your website, your accounting tools or whatever you build next.
Security and data protection
Every tenant is isolated at the database level with row-level security, not merely by a filter in application code. Audit logs record who changed what, and data export and account deletion are self-service.
