Do I need a card to start?

Accepted Answer

No. Every new organisation starts on the Free plan, with no card and no time limit. Upgrade whenever you need more; until then you keep everything you have set up and booked.

Question 2

Can I change plan later?

Accepted Answer

Yes, in both directions and at any time. Upgrades apply immediately and are charged pro rata; downgrades take effect at the end of the period you have paid for, so you never lose time you have bought.

What happens if I cancel?

Your organisation keeps working until the end of the paid period and then moves to the Free plan. Nothing is deleted. You can export your bookings, customers and invoices as CSV at any point, and you can delete the organisation outright if you would rather.

What does it cost to take payments from my customers?

Accepted Answer

Card payments run through your own Stripe account, and we take no platform fee on any plan. Stripe bills its own processing, dispute and chargeback fees directly to your Stripe account, so what your customers pay goes to you, less Stripe’s own charges.

Question 5

Which currencies can I use?

Accepted Answer

Subscriptions are billed in pounds sterling, with VAT added where it applies. Your own customers are charged in your organisation’s base currency, whichever that is, and visitors can see prices converted into their own currency using daily European Central Bank rates.

Is VAT included?

Accepted Answer

Prices are shown excluding VAT. UK VAT is added at checkout where it applies, and a valid EU VAT number is handled under the reverse charge. Your invoices are available in the billing settings at any time.
